Très mauvais. Je déconseille. |Le personnel est incompétent, ne maîtrise rien. Le personnel prend également les clients pour des idiots. |Si vous souhaitiez une prestation de qualité, allez ailleurs il y a mieux.|Sans même parler du rapport qualité prix qui n’y est pas du tout.

Beautiful hotel with a warm, friendly staff. Conceirge was so knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location. I would definitely rebook.

Situated in the heart of Bordeaux, the Intercontinental was the perfect place to stay. It's an easy walk to many of the best sights in the city. Although we didn't take the modern tram to any more distant places, it runs directly in front of the hotel.||The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room (402) had a rather elongated layout, with separated bedroom, entryway, and desk areas. It had a small bathroom and a separate commode. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. As a bonus, our room had three separate balconies, with nice views over the city. A refrigerator, safe, and tea/coffee maker were provided.||Breakfast was good, although preparation at the egg / omelet station was rather slow.

Great central location in Bordeaux and the rooftop bar was a excellent place to rest and see the city.

The location and service are exceptional. Truly some of the best in France we've experienced. The only part lacking are the rooms. We were upgraded and have to take two separate elevators just to get to the room. Room was small and no real place for toiletries next to the sink. Not sure i would stay here again.
