Terrible experience. I have just arrived at 1:20am and there was nobody on the front desk. I stayed out yelling for 30minutes and got absolutely nothing. Then the front desk guy finally decided to appear and acted like I was crazy and pretended he was there all along and apparently just couldn’t hear the yelling and desperately hitting on the doors. Completely unacceptable from beginning to end - made a mistake and then refused to apologize or even acknowledge. Hotel cameras surely can capture this, I have no clue why this stupid employ wants to destroy the hotel image

We spent 5 nights/6 days at this hotel. The staff is amazing, friendly, understanding, dedicated to making your stay as good as possible. The facility feels brand new. It is very clean, the rooms are great, quite large, well maintained. The location is very convenient, there is a covered parking lot within the property, booking parking is advised as it is space limited. We really enjoyed our stay there! Highly recommended hotel!

Well appointed smallish hotel, king size room was large for European standard (enough space for two large suitcases) and had a small table. Breakfast buffet was good and was good value proposition. About 15- 20 min walking to center of city through a decent area. Only issue was the AC which you were only able to turn down to 22 degrees Centigrade.

A great experience! First of all, the people working at the front desk and bar - delightful. Every single one. I arrived too early to check in - not only did they hold my bags, they delivered them to our room.

Right away they gave me a map and helped me navigate. There’s about a 5-7 minute walk into city center, but it’s an easy walk. There’s also a pharmacy right on the corner and good places to eat nearby.

My son and I stayed for several nights. We were in a well sized double room. Comfortable beds, nice towels. The weather was hot so the air conditioning was very nice! The bar/reception area is super cool and in general the art is fantastic.

Highly recommend and would stay here again 100%.
