Trotz Pre-Checkin in der Hyatt App, mussten alle Daten erneut an einem Terminal beim Empfang eingegeben werden. Rezeption nur spärlich besetzt und Personal schien überfordert. Fragen bspw. zum Hyatt Rewards Programm konnten nicht beantwortet werden.
Informationen zum Hotel und Restaurant unübersichtlich und verwirrend (Samstags hat das Restaurant mittags z.B. geschlossen).
Insgesamt sind wir von Hyatt Hotels einen höheren Standard gewöhnt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

J'ai réservé une salle pour mon anniversaire et mes invités ont été bluffés par le lieu.
Le personnel a été aux petits soins avant et pendant l'événement.

The front desk was really accommodating in helping us find a solution for the rest of our stay by first allowing us to reset our reservation and then finding a room to accommodate 3 adults.
Special thanks to Nicola and Amande as well as the extra conscientious young lady at the bar who organised our hot drinks in the morning. The staff really made the difference in our stay, in what is a big name hotel chain.
I liked the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower and bath. The location and access to the airport is also very convenient.

Highlights: high-end Oleopin toiletries from Cap Ferret (we Googled them—fancy stuff), a “Kitchenette” stocked with local lemonade, cookies, and candy, and a guest fridge/microwave setup that felt oddly luxurious. Major points for the French press and local beans in-room—just missing a splash of milk to complete the experience.
Breakfast was solid—good variety and excellent coffee—but most of the fruit was underripe enough to double as paperweights. Views were meh (mostly tall buildings), and the cardboard eco-hangers gave off “science fair project” energy.
The fitness room (actually identical ones on two floors?) looked more like a modern art installation than a gym. Wood-based equipment, no bench, and “bean bag” free weights that topped out at only 8kg. Ideally they’d go up to 25 kg or more. Fine in a pinch, but don’t show up with high hopes or a serious workout plan.
That said, the staff was truly wonderful—warm, helpful, and made us feel like actual guests, not just room numbers. Location was ideal: step free tram stop just across the street (40 min to the airport), and an easy walk into the city center. We’d definitely stay again—just maybe not for bicep/shoulder day.
We enjoyed our stay and will surely come back.
The location was perfect for us, very near the train coming from the airport, close enough to the centre to walk there but still quiet enough.
Dinner was delicious and big enough portions, breakfast wasn't huge but delicious and fresh and honestly enough to choose from.
We love the concept: Environmently friendly.
Instead of mini bars there is a kitchen available with free lemonade and fruit (and a fridge to use for your own food).
We loved the wooden and natural gym.
Our room was beautiful and for our needs perfect in size and Equipment.
A few things to improve:
*The screen in the gym didn't work so we couldn't track the weight exactly
*You couldn't completely turn of the TV, so even behind the sliding doors was always a glimmer
*The light in the entry way of our room was very dark, usually not a problem but the only big mirror is there
NB : seule reproche : pourquoi mettre les serviettes en hauteur, ce qui n est pas du tout pratique lorsque l on n est pas grand, pour les prendre !! Mettez les plus bas voulez vous ! Réfléchissez y, svp !!!

Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec une belle variété d'options fraîches et savoureuses.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade romantique de qualité le temps d’un week-end (l’hôtel est très bien situé également)
Je n'avais que le temps de boire un verre mais très bon acceuil, conseils et cockatils des deux barmans Jules et Issam.
Je recommande et je reviendrai!
