Hier wird man nach Strich und Faden verwöhnt. Man bekommt gute Tipps für Restaurantbesuche, Orientierung in der Stadt und wird insgesamt sehr persönlich und zugewandt betreut. Die Ausstattung des ganzen Hauses ist sehr individuell, hochwertig und stilvoll. Das Open-kitchen-Konzept mit Zugang zu Getränken und Leckereien haben wir bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt zwar nicht genutzt, fanden es aber sehr ansprechend und praktisch. Highlight und Seele des Hauses sind auf jeden Fall die Mitarbeiterinnen. Herzlichen Dank! Die Lage beim nahe gelegenen Jardin Public ist mit Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ideal, um Bordeaux zu erkunden. Fußläufig erreichbar sind etliche Restaurants im lebendigen Stadtteil Chartrons.

Wir haben zwei Nächte auf unserer Urlaubsreise an der Atlantikküste im La Course verbringen dürfen. Unser Zimmer, sowie das gesamte Établissement waren wundervoll. Man fühlte sich wie bei Freunden. Die Zimmer sind für unseren Geschmacks sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und machen Lust das ein oder andere Detail für das eigene Heim zu übernehmen. Das La Course ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle die keine 0815 Unterkunft suchen. Sollten wir wieder in Bordeaux sein, werden wir dort wieder buchen☺️

We had a wonderful short stay at la Course in the Lasaia room. The room was clean with ample room and the bed was very comfortable. The adjoining bathroom has 2 basins, wonderful locally sourced bathing products and separate toilet cubicle. A large bath dominates this room and the only shower facility is a handheld attachment. Having no separate stand-in shower is the only downside to this room.
Breakfast was excellent and the hot meal was prepared to order. All the staff we met were marvellous being very helpful, courteous and joy to talk to.
If you come by car, I recommend parking in the well signposted Cite Mondial, some 10 minute walk from the hotel so drop your bags first. Parking in the side streets is plentiful and free from 1900 to 0900 and all day Sunday though it can become expensive outside these times.
I summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Course but, preferring a shower to a bath, would choose a different room.
