Je fais 800KM pour partir de ma région et rejoindre un ami à Bordeaux,étant fatigué je viens juste pour prendre une douche et je comptais repartir ensuite,mon ami a réservé une chambre,il n'est même pas possible de venir 30 minutes avec lui puis repartir,service client déplorable,y'a beaucoup de points à améliorer dans cet établissement,une chose sûre vu le comportement de la personne,je ne réserverais jamais ici,et je ne recommanderais jamais cet établissement.

Our hotel room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom and a penetrating stench from the air conditioning. We reported it to the front desk, but no one was willing to resolve the issue. Another room was not available unless we paid a significant surcharge. With no functioning air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open at night — right next to Bordeaux’s busy train station — so we didn’t get much sleep. Admittedly, first world problems, but both service and comfort were sorely lacking in this overpriced hotel.

J'ai eu l'occasion de manger au Jost récemment et j'ai passé un très bon moment. Mention spéciale à la serveuse brune aux yeux bleus, qui a été impeccable du début à la fin: professionnelle, souriante, attentionnée et très efficace. C'est agréable de voir quelqu'un qui prend son métier à cœur. Je recommande sans hésiter, autant pour la cuisine que pour la qualité du service !

Jost is an amazing hostel and offers 24/7 reception. The shared rooms when privacy screens are absolutely amazing and offer a small bedroom experience for cheap despite being shared with countless other people. Each room was quite clean and the lockers offered were also spacious and easy to use and very convenient. The rooftop was quite nice and has a good atmosphere and the pool, despite being basic, was a welcome addition. The pricing at the bar was a bit steeper than expected but overall an amazing stay and great vibes and atmosphere throughout the location

Nice, modern rooms. I wouldnt choose the breakfast again, cold scrambled eggs, cold pancakes and it wasnt topped up.
My wife asked what was gluten free and they replied 'you can't eat bread' ???? which was actually hilarious.
