I found this to be a strange experience. First of all the industrial decor is ok but it had the feel of being a youth hostel rather than a hotel. We had a very poor experience checking in as there was confusion about the rooms, and ours had been given to somebody else. All very strange and a little concerning. So check in was stressful, a struggle, and time consuming. Eventually was able to enter the room that had been reserved. Again it was trying to be cool and industrial and edgy..... But it wasn't great. The toilet by the door and not in the bathroom? A large step by the bed to bang your toe?? However the terrace was very nice and the bed super comfortable, but I'd rather have a 'normal' room. Also there was no bar to get a drink just a 'reception' and cafe so it felt like a cheap hostel charging extra for drinks from the fridge. Very strange.

Expérience désastreuse avec le management et le service client de l'hôtel, vraiment à éviter ! Ayant fait une erreur de saisie de date dans la réservation (février au lieu de janvier), je me suis tout de même rendu à l'hôtel pour y dormir, en espérant que l'hôtel comprendrait et annulerait ma réservation future erronée, étant donné que je prenais finalement bien une nuit ... mais c'était mal connaître les pratiques de cet établissement qui, malgré mes nombreux messages pour expliquer la situation, n'a fait preuve d'aucune compréhension ni flexibilité ! Alors que j'ai bien passé une nuit chez eux au final ! Bref, n'y allez pas !

Hôtel à la déco dans un style industriel et rétro mais tout en modernité. Accueil à notre arrivée avec le sourire malgré les 12 bruyants bonhomme. Literie agréable!

Hôtel très bien, bonne ambiance, personnel surfer sympa, petit déjeuner au top. Le seul point négatif à titre perso est le matelas un peu dur mais ce n’est qu’un détail.
