The hotel is decorated with taste, located in the heart of Bordeaux with a very friendly staff and decorated with taste. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice, perhaps a bit small, but the bathroom was large with a very good shower.

The location couldn't be any better. 2 minute walk to the tram, right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in Bordeaux. We were upgraded to a larger room than we had booked, so we enjoyed lots of space. The breakfast was very tasty. The front desk woman recommended a very good restaurant a bit away from the main tourist zone.

This is a lovely place. Nice, functional, very clean rooms with staff that responds to any requests very quickly. I was early to check in and made an effort to get my room earlier. Next time in Bordeaux that will be my first choice. And again, kudos to the lovely staff all around.

Had an excellent stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Bordeaux. It is in a perfect location in the center part of town, is near the tram and walking distance to most major attractions. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good. Breakfast was good too. I would like to especially commend Florian at the front desk who provided excellent service throughout our 5 day stay. He helped with everything from directions to recommendations for restaurants and activities. I especially appreciated his willingness and patience in speaking French me (I am an English speaker with limited French language skills). Thank you Florian.

Although the location is very good, a hotel breakfast should not be like this at this price policy. Also, it does not make sense to not allow a family with a child to take their stroller into the room if they are staying in a family room.

C’est un bon hôtel pour sa localisation, si vous comptez sortir très régulièrement. Cependant il est mauvais pour se reposer, la lumière rentre facilement dans la pièce même avec les rideaux, nous avons été réveillé tous les matins par la femme de ménage qui passait l’aspirateur dans les chambres voisines ou alors quand la réception nous appelait pour savoir si on voulait le ménage ( alors qu’on avait mis le panneau sur la porte ). Une lampe était cassée. La Clim est très difficile à régler, je suis rentrée de mes vacances malade malheureusement… L’ascenseur n’est pas pratique, il s’arrête constamment à la réception. L’isolation sonore en général est mauvaise. Une note positive serait sur la localisation.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y junto a una parada del tranvía. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y las habitaciones están muy bien. El desayuno era variado y la sala para desayunar es algo pequeña, pero es muy acogedora. El personal es muy amable y nos recomendó lugares para visitar.

The staff were all so friendly but Laura was amazing when checking in we mentioned it was our first time in Bordeaux and she took a local map marking off where the hotel was and highlighted a few places making suggestions of where to go and what to see. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back.

Emplacement idéal, service excellent, chambre parfaitement équipée (Nespresso, thé, produits de beauté NUXE…) et literie au confort exceptionnel. Nous avons juste trouvé l’harmonie des couleurs de la chambre un peu triste. Cela manque de quelques éléments de déco donnant un peu de pep’s comme c’est le cas dans le salon de petit-déjeuner avec les chaises en velours bleu par exemple.
Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct sans être exceptionnel dans sa variété : à souligner les viennoiseries divines, le pain succulent, le café filtre excellent mais les œufs brouillés trop secs et le jambon blanc trop industriel. Malgré ces quelques remarques, cela reste un hôtel de très bon standard merveilleusement bien situé en plein cœur de Bordeaux.

We booked here very late in the day due to a change of location and trying to find somewhere that was central due to a lack of time.
Let's start with location which is very very good it's right where you need to be on a back street just close to the Opera house and everything you need honestly the location is perfect it's worth booking just for that.
The entrance is downstairs so you have to go up a floor to get to the reception which is nicely laid out with stain glass windows in an old building that they have done good work to turn into a hotel. Check in was smooth and easy and really friendly service. It's a smaller hotel and a nice feel to it our room was on the top floor and was a club room. Now if you have travelled around France room sizes are normally smaller but this felt even more compact then I expected considering we didn't have the smaller room but it's nicely laid out clean and has everything and anything you need there is a nespresso machine with 2 capsules to give away. The bathroom is large and has plenty of mirror space and a good sized shower. So I mean it's a perfect location lovely service but the room is just to small for my liking but perfect for a short stay in a great location with good sound proofing windows so no noise comes in.

Dommage que les salles de bain soient si petites , ainsi que la chambre , pas très bien isolée … un peu déçu rapport qualité prix mais hôtel très bien situé , et personnel très aimable .

Nous vivons sur la côte et quand nous décidons de passer un we sur Bordeaux c'est notre point de chute.
Établissement de qualité, hyper centre, facile pour des journées shopping et soirées bordelaises, personnel aux petits soins et compétent.

Décor et ambiance originale. Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil sympathique. Chambres propres, équipées et silencieuses mais chambres petites pour le prix. Surtout pas assez de service dans la chambre, par exemple pas de thés, pas de tisanes, pas de bouteilles d'eau et de nombreuses denrées payantes placées en évidence pour être consommer.
