Very friendly, helpful reception. Great location - short walk to old town and close to tram stops. Loved the Rituals toiletries!

Lovely, clean, charming, and perfectly located hotel in Bordeaux city centre. We walked everywhere. Our room was not fancy but smartly organized, clean, quiet. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. |Service was professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anna was super. She is a fantastic steward for your hotel and helped us with several restaurant recommendations, taxi, etc.|We’re not big breakfast eaters- so we had it only once and it was fine. We will definitely return to this hotel when we return to Bordeaux. It’s perfect for our needs and lovely.

Incredibly helpful english - french speaking concierege team. highly recommended and i will return to this amazing city, full of character, love, friendly youngsters on the streets and just a cool city, totally cool....

Excellent location, clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff are excellent, really very friendly and helpful before and during our stay.||Would have liked a door on the bathroom, it is divided from the sleeping area by a curtain and would be much better with a door.

This small hotel is in a fantastic location - closevto a tram hub for easy access to all you'll want to see, restaurants supermarkets & the tourist office. Staff are friendly, professional and quickly solved a small problem with our tv reception . Room service was perfection. Highly recommend
