les chambres sont très agréable et la literie très bonne.
les salles de bains sont spacieuses et parfaites pour se préparer sans se gêner.
la piscine intérieure est une énorme plus value.
le petit déjeuner est varié et adapté à vos envies.
une adresse a ne pas manquer en plein coeur de bordeaux a moins de 10min a pied de l’hyper centre.
le stationnement a été facile pour nous et proche.
If you love being under video surveillance everywhere, you should book at Heym. Also at the pool you will be under video surveillance. And, absolutely unnecessarily, they close the pool at 7 pm.
The breakfast is poor given the high price. One morning without any croissants. No scrambled eggs, no freshly ground coffee, no cappuccino.
If you love to pollute the environment, you will love the Nescafé capsule coffee machines and the two cans of orange lemonade (one "Fanta" and one "Mirinda") in the fridge in your room. It would have been nice to find there e.g. a bottle of organic beer...
If you love to receive many messages before your check-in, you also should book here. I received 3 (!) emails before. The information also could have sent in one email.
I think, the owner (who is not known by name!) is very suspicious of everyone (surveillance, deposit of 200 €).
Service et confort de qualité.
La chambre mosaïque est exceptionnelle, salle de bain avec verrière, beaucoup de charme, unique.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour !
