Chambres correctes, staff comme c'est l'habitude en France, hautain et mal élevé. Et puis franchement le coup d'étoilettes bouchés avec la merde qui débordé à 8h du matin. Très dangereux, vivier à infections.

My reservation was cancelled last minute due to some problems when I already had everything arranged - train tickets etc. They apologised but after 48 hours - as stated in the cancellation email - I still haven't received my refund. As I was in Bordeaux, I accidentally came across the hostel ( yes, it is located in a good place) and the receptionist told me I needed to contact Booking as I made my reservation through them. It is not enough that they don't seem to be reliable at all, I now have to run after my money. On top of everything I asked for a non-alcoholic beer and for 6 euros (!!!) I got one with alcohol. 1. They cancel my reservation first stating I'll get a full refund in 48 hours ( forgetting to add that I will in fact have to beg Booking for my money.). 2. Instead of non-alcoholic beer they serve me 5.5% Darwin beer with alcohol. Well. No comments.

Lieu assez correct pour une pause rapide. J’ai seulement pris des rafraichissants, mais l’ambiance et le lieu m’ont semblé un peu négligés. Ce n’était pas catastrophique, mais pas très engageant non plus. Je ne le recommande pas.

Excellent stay, quiet and very comfortable pod-style bed with privacy blind. Breakfast was a chocolatine/croissant, granola yoghurt, fruit juice and hot drink. Friendly and helpful staff.
