Très très bon hôtel que ce soit du prix, aux services et à la qualitée de professionnalisme. Chambre avec Tv qui fonctionne nickel, Kitchenette vraiment au top en équipement ( passoire assietes etc, bouilloire, machine à café) Kit vaiselle fourni. Arrivée très bien organisé même un dimanche ! Le logement était nickel à notre arrivée avec la surprise que un ventilateur soit allumé pendant la canicule franchement TOP ! Logement à 15 min à pied du plein centre de Bordeaux. Parking sécurisé en petit supplément mais pas négligeable au vu du prix de stationnement dans la rue ! Personnel très pro notamment le monsieur de l'accueil. RAS je recommande vivement

Un formidable séjour. De la chambre au personnel tout est très bien organisé. C'est la première fois ou je met 5 étoiles partout. De part ma profession je suis à l'hotel 5 à 10 nuits dans le mois et vous valez voire dépassez les meilleures chaînes hotelières. Merci de votre gentillesse, compréhenssion et surtout le professionnalisme du personnel.
Un seul point négatif tout est parfait ne changez rien.

The apartment is a reasonable price. The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk to the tram. The tram takes approximately 10-15 minutes to get into the city centre. If you arrive on a Sunday or out of hours, there is no reception. I tried to find out how we accessed the apartment. I sent messages and emails, but there was no response. I then received an email asking for my email. I still had no idea when or how to access the apartment. Eventually, I received an email with codes to access the building and key safe. All the places I have stayed in before the communication has been excellent, not this place. The apartment provides towels, bedding, shower gel etc and washing up etc. There are no plug sockets near the bed unless you unplug a lamp. The blind would not go down the first night. I messaged and emailed no response. We returned the second night to find someone had entered the apartment and put the blind down. Again no communication about what they were doing and they did not even ask if it was OK to enter the apartment. The communication you receive on arrival in a letter about departure is all in French. So prepared to translate which was not a problem for us but could be others. The apartment is in an OK area with easy access to public transport.

J’ai passé 5 nuits dans un studio calme, propre, et bien équipé. Il y a une kitchenette avec tout ce dont on a besoin. L’endroit se trouve à pied à peu près 15 minutes du tram (Bergonié) ou des Capucins et 20 minutes de la Victoire. Personnel acceuillant – on peut laisser les bagages pendant quelques heures après le départ pour encore profiter de la ville avant l’avion. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésitation.

Apartamento en buen sitio cerca del centro, pero no te limpian habitaciones, y les puse para que me cambiasen toallas y no lo hicieron, estuve 1 semana ,por lo demás tiene todo el Apartamento.
