Horrible experience so far. Wish I had never booked. They finally got back to me and have tried to make up for the lack of reply (and perhaps an email or two went to spam). Let me give more stars, and after I actually stay there, I'll finish the review.

Impossible to get any info from them via phone or email. I'm contacting Visa to try to get a refund if I cancel, and I'll show Visa all the emails I've sent. I read about others arriving after the desk closes and having a hellish time getting in. My train will now get in late and after two weeks, I still don't know what to expect and where I go, etc., to get the key/code/WHATEVER

They refuse to reply after 3 emails in a week after I booked a reservation. I give 3 stars for the moment because I have not yet arrived but 1 star for service. At this point I wish I had not reserved and will document everything about my stay for a fuller, rigorous review afterwards.

Es como una residencia para estudiantes , gente joven. Todos los pasillos huelen a María que flipas , las habitaciones están muy bien , las camas son muy cómodas tienes nevera y cocinita ,un armario aceptable y puedes dejar el coche aparcado dentro por 8 euros más al día , tienes el centro a media hora andando , en general para venir unos días está aceptable , pero por un poco más puedes cogerte un hotel más cerca del centro y sin que estén fumando porros por todos los pasillos... Por lo demás
