La décoration est neutre. En ouvrant la fenêtre il se trouve les extracteurs de la dark kitchen délivroo à côté . La cuisine est abîmé . Nous avons demandé un lit double mais celui ci est composé de deux lit solo rapprochés .la cuisine était abîmé Désagréable pour le sommeil . Les vitres pas très propre et abord des fenêtres avec déjections de pigeons .
L’horaire de 15h est trop tardif pour un check in . Emplacement correct mais pas bcp de commerces autour à pied .
In answer to your comment. There were 3 other guests in the resturante and no one was complaining. It was natalie who walked straight over from reception so please do not lie in your reply. There are no notices or information to tell people not to use your phone in public area. When i corresponded with you on this you told me that guests are expected to take calls outside or in there rooms. No information displayed on that.. i explained to Natalie that if my husband was in the dining area i would be spaeaking like that to him. She threw here hands in the air and walked off on me. Explain that! When i was speaking with my brother that was ok but when i was speaking with my Arabic husbamd thats not ok? Go figures...
Attention, ne rien oublier dans la chambre pas sûr de retrouver. J'y ai oublié mon chargeur que personne n'a trouvé.
2 points à améliorer la vaisselle n'était pas très propre et un loupé sur le petit déj' mais ont réclamation à été prise en compte et rectifiée le 2ème jour !
