This hotel is a gem! 100m from the tram station and ride 4 stops to the center. You can use the TBM app. The front desk is helpful and friendly, I remembered that I need to check out at 4am, The front desk, Arona is very friendly and professional. The room is fully furnished with a stove, tableware, a coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The air conditioning is working perfectly as well as the shower. The bed is very comfy and quite spacious. And the value of money is really good in the heart of Bordeaux!

Cet apparthotel a complètement répondu à nos attentes, calme, confortable et à proximité du tram pour rejoindre le centre ville.

The first room I got: toilet was dirty and not even flushed by the previous user, and not cleaned. There were no towels, the body soap holder was broken and fell into bath tub. they changed the room for me eventhough the 2nd room was cleaner, but the bathroom was always wet, there was water leaking from somewhere. The towel for floor didnt help and practically nothing get dried there. I was in Bordeaux for a conference and there was no hairdryer in the room. I didnt bring my own because I have never been to hotel that doesn't provid it. Its a very basic thing. The breakfast didn't have much options, no eggs or warm food and it wasn't worth 11 euros. I don't recommend it to anyone. The only good thing was air conditioner in the hot month of July. You can stay in much better hotels with same price.

C'est un établissement que nous visitons régulièrement mais cette fois ci nous sommes très déçus par la chambre.
En effet elle n'était pas confotme à notre attente.
Derrière la tête de lit il y a beaucoup de poussières et même des "moutons", la salle de bain limite (joints sales, distributeur de savon décroché...)

il faut se reprendre
