Just departed from a wonderful 2 day stay. The apartment itself was very clean and decorated very nice, everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location near the park and close walk to a metro stop. The concierge Lucie was amazing and so helpful through out our stay!

The apartment was advertised on booking.com as having "3 separate bedrooms", however on arrival the apartment had only 2 bedrooms. We raised this with the concierge and management offered no apology or effort to resolve the issue.|Escalated this to booking.com, and again no response from the property management.|There were a lot of cheaper and more central 2 bedroom apartments available on booking.com at the time of reservation. We booked this property as it stated "3 separate bedrooms" as this is what we wanted for our group. This error on the side of Maison Labruyere lead to a very uncomfortable and inconvenient stay in the apartment.|The fact that the management at Maison Labruyere didn't acknowledge our complaint, offer ANY apologies for the misleading information on booking.com, or reply directly to Booking.com shows a complete lack of professionalism on their side. |I would not recommend this property due to our experience, their lack of professionalism or care for the customer experience.

Ce devait être un weekend en famille pour fêter l'anniversaire de notre père. Il a malheureusement du être hospitalisé en urgence 2 jours plus tot. Maison Labruyere n'a rien voulu savoir et a refusé notre demande d'annulation, ainsi que notre demande alternative de changer la date de réservation. Plus de 1100 euros encaissés par Maison Labruyere qui ne nous a meme pas remboursé les frais de nettoyage, ce qui est du vol vu que nous n'avons pas pénétré les lieux. C'est dans ce genre de moment que l'on voit l'humanité et le sens du service d'un établissement, deux choses qui échappent à Maison Labruyere.

Location was great! I loved the garden near it. Giving 5 stars because the staff was very friendly (thanks Lucie) and I appreciated them offering me a taxi to get to the hotel. I booked through the website and I was expecting it to be a hotel, but it was sort of an airbnb and took the trash out as I was checking out, it was no problem at all! They require deposit before you arrive in the place. The place is very cheap and a good value for money plus very smooth check-in! The room was fantastic, the only downside is I am in the first floor and I could hear the footsteps and the conversation that is happening upstairs, the last two nights I’ve been, the upstairs people were sort of talking at 1am-3am which interrupted my sleep but overall I liked the room and has a beautiful view in the garden!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, le personnel est adorable arrangeant, merci à John.
Nous étions très bien placé, au calme donnant sur le jardin, il semblerait que ça soit le triangle d’or de Bordeaux ☺️
La Maison Labruyere sera notre prochain pied à terre lors de nos prochains voyages sur Bordeaux.

La décoration est parfaite ainsi que l’agencement de la chambre. Par contre le ménage n’est pas fait à fond et cela se voit (poussière, SDB…) Le petit déjeuner est copieux pour 2 mais vraiment moyen concernant la qualité (produits industriels).

Perfect place for a long weekend for 4 in Bordeaux. Found on AirBnB. Easy to access through key pad on the main door and a lockbox for the key to the apartment. Clean and spacious and in a lovely location close to the park and good cafes, restaurants and bars

Eravamo 2 coppie e abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento con camera matrimoniale e bagno al piano da basso e ulteriore camera matrimoniale con vasca al piano mansardato. La posizione è ottima , in zona tranquilla vicino al Jardin Public , con possibilità di parcheggio

Arrived on a very hot day at 17h00 to find the apartment haven't been cleaned, upon contacting them they offered no apologies for the state of the place and after one hour of waiting on them to find a solution, they said I could stay in the apartment as it is (???) or leave. Incredible rude and unprofessional
