Ganz gutes Hostel, dass das Handtuch 3€ extra kostet hat mich etwas genervt.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Co-working/Chill-Bereich war angenehm und nett gestaltet.

Recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, doch direkt am "Cité du Vin" gelegen und mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell im Geschehen.

It is close to Le cité du vin but it’s kinda hidden from the main road. Luckily there’s a signpost but it’s also kinda hidden from plain view. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the room is clean. With their warm, puffy duvet and soft pillow, I can’t think of anything more comfortable. The shower and toilet are inside the room but there’s a wall between beds and the showers, so you don’t need to worry about taking a late shower. The public shower room is also very clean.

My second night there, I had trouble sleeping and went to the lobby. Their receptionist gave me hostile stares for 20 minutes until he finally dared to confront me with his suspicion of me not being a guest. I showed him my key card, he didn't apologise. The manager tried hard to manipulate and influence me to change my rating.

Es un hostal que es más hotel; pocas prestaciones para viajeros (o lo que uno busca en un hostal). Se puede usar el microondas para calentar algo, aunque hay que solicitarlo, lo que puede ser incómodo a veces. El personal fue muy amable; siempre que pregunté algo, fueron en su mayoría de gran ayuda. Las habitaciones siempre están limpias y arregladas, así como los demás sectores.
