Ein wunderbares Kleinod in Bordeaux. Ein familiengeführtes Restaurant mit einem kleinen Delikatessengeschäft. Die Gerichte werden mit Zutaten aus der Region komponiert. Gekocht trifft es nicht, es ist mehr. Der Service ist aussergewöhnlich persönlich und familiär. Danke für einen wunderschönen Abend ????????

Premiere fois pour moi et ma compagne dans restaurant semi-gastro, l'experience que nous avons vécu est juste incroyable. Nous avons déguster des aliments sous forme differente que celle dont on a l'habitude de manger, les saveur sont exceptionnelle. L'acceuil et le service dans ce restaurant sont parfait nous avons rien a redire merci beaucoup a toute l'équipe pour ce petit moment passé.

Despite being significantly delayed by an unexpected French airstrike (yikes!), the owners greeted us with such warmth and understanding, instantly putting us at ease. Zèphirine is a true farm-to-table gem, run by a dedicated husband and wife duo. The daily changing menu, a testament to their commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients, meant every dish was a delightful surprise. And what surprises they were! The food was, without exaggeration, the best we've ever had. Each plate was a masterclass in flavor and presentation, showcasing the incredible talent of the chef, who happens to be the wife's brother. This truly is a family affair, and you can taste the passion in every bite.
The freshly baked bread was absolutely amazing, a perfect start to our meal. But it was the dessert that truly captured our hearts – a recipe passed down from the chef's grandfather, it was a sweet, comforting, and utterly delicious end to an unforgettable meal.
Beyond the exquisite cuisine, the welcoming and accommodating nature of the entire Zèphirine team made our experience even more memorable. They truly went above and beyond, making us feel like cherished guests rather than just customers.
