The dishes were incredibly delicious and inventive, beautifully presented with great attention to detail. The cocktails and wines complemented the food perfectly. Every element had been carefully considered, and the entire dinner was a true experience. The service was warm, energetic, and delivered with remarkable expertise. Un concept bien pensé et où on va au bout des choses. Nous avons adoré la façon dont les cocktails arriver à enrichir les plats servis. Le service est irréprochable et les assiettes sont inventives. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
