The food is simply incredible. You can taste how fresh and high-quality the ingredients are, and the combinations of flavors are creative, delicate, and totally unexpected in the best way. Every dish felt like a surprise, full of personality and care.
What makes the experience even more unique is their menu approach: you can either choose your own selection of dishes or let the chef surprise you with off-menu creations. We went with the surprise option and were blown away by every course - balanced, beautifully plated, and so flavorful.
Their wine list is extensive - easily over a hundred labels to choose from - and the staff is happy to help guide you through it if you feel overwhelmed by the options.
We’ve already been back for a second visit, and it was just as exceptional. This place is a true gem, whether you’re a foodie or simply looking for a memorable meal. I wholeheartedly recommend it, you won’t regret giving it a try.
Un accueil parfait avec un personnel souriant, paisible, efficace et passionné.
Une ambiance douce et de beaux aménagements intérieur dans un espace chaleureux.
Une cuisine délicate, des associations parfois étonnantes mais toujours enthousiasmantes, un plaisir continu à se laisser surprendre par les découvertes du chef et des vins de grand qualité !

A full restaurant, a full menu, oh no.... not enough of a challenge so whilst the staff are busy hand shucking peas from their skin (No - not the pods - the skin that I never knew each pea has...) the Chef is busy creating new dishes, on the spot, to delight their guests...
I have no photos - I was too busy eating, and a favourite old quote of mine "Angels were dancing on my tongue, and in my belly"
Truly 5 out 5 and will most definitely return!
