After a few days of viennoiseries for breakfast, I was hankering for a nice savory one. I saw the review here for an eggs Benedict so we came here. My French eating partners were fine to have the traditional breakfast set of freshly squeezed orange juice, croissant and coffee drink of their choice. I got the eggs Benedict. The sauce was good (many brunch places in USA get it wrong). I was happily surprised by the crispiness and quantity of bacon that came with the order. The super thinly shredded hash brown palette that served as the base was good too. I shared the second half with my eating partners who were eagerly observing me. Thank you for offering something different early in the morning (outside of a hotel) in Bordeaux!
