This looks like one of hundreds of nondescript bars with tables out front and a limited menu. But the food is exceptional! We had tuna, which was sushi grade and perfectly prepared and accompanied by very fresh peas, and a classic entrecôte served with delicious potatoes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food came promptly but not hurriedly. The menu, though changing often, is small, so peek at the blackboard to make sure there’s something you’d like.
