Nous avons attendu 35mn sans qu aucun serveur ou serveuse viennent; même en regardant fixement ces personnes.

We arrive five minutes before they opened and were told to wait in the rain as the staff (in clear view) were having a meeting.
Then after seating we were asked three times by the waitress and then once by the assistant manager to order while relaxing with a glass of wine and told (it helps the kitchen to know ahead of time) we asked for a ten minute delay. When the food did arrive it was like warm at best.
Three star food as it was edible warm to cold when finished, but overall complete disappointment for a restaurant attached to a five star IHG property.
They could so do better.
