Table bread was stale, go figure that in France. We gave it to the birds flocking around. They were more appreciative.
Gordon Ramsay has restaurant in the hotel attached - be interested in his review.
Basically bad food you get at a big hotel but hope not to.
5 meals delivered within 15 mins the other ( fettuccine) didn’t arrive at all
We asked twice and advised unacceptable
The lady who appeared in charge said sorry but nothing she could do “ it is being made up “ 15 mins it came (no doubt they had forgotten as only pasta )
Eventually it came , zero apologies
Food was okish but to our surprise the bill came - no one in our party had indicated to a member of staff that we were finished and wished to pay
No management available to us in order for us to address the issue only the service charge
This was our last lunch in Bordeaux and was definitely the poorest

We left feeling completely unvalued
