One of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Asked for medium rare and received well done and half the cut was inedible fat. The rest of my table who ordered the same dish received cuts twice the size of mine that were cooked properly. Many people expressed that they did not enjoy their meal. They were not attentive to our party of 19 pax and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Weird cadence of loud American pop music and then an acoustic live singer. This is an overpriced tourist trap at best. There are much better places to dine in Bordeaux.

We went with a big group, which I know complicates things, but they put zero effort into our experience.
Four of us got the entrecote, none were cooked to the right temperature - some rare, some well done. None medium rare. The waiter specifically suggested medium rare when we ordered. All four steaks were a different size. No consistency in either cooking or prep and it shows.
They charged me for the wrong, more expensive beer, twice. One I could forgive. Two and you're screwing your customers. It was definitely on purpose.
After the waiter took our order, he just disappeared. Didn't come to check on us, take subsequent drink orders, etc. No other waiter could help us. We had to have other staff get our waiter.
Avoid this place if you value your time and your money.
