Wouaou !! Autant je connais bien le chef cuisto mais je n’avais jamais gouté une telle cuisine. Tout est terriblement bon! Allez y, goutez par vous meme. J’ai trouvé l’équilibre des saveurs vraiment parfait. Le sel comme le sucre ne prennent jamais le dessus sur la saveur et le goût naturel de tous ce bons aliments. Je m’en suis pris plein les papilles.
Le service etait vraiment parfait, a l’ecoute car nous étions très pressées par le temps, rapide et efficace avec toujours le sourire et de l’attention pour les clients. La deco est aussi pétillante que vos assiettes ????
Bravo à vous j’ai hate de revenir et gouter d’autres plats. ????

Des produits frais, des plats savoureux, un service rapide et chaleureux, le tout avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, que demander de plus à part d'y revenir ?!

A perfect lunch! Really friendly and attentive service from the staff, fun and stylish deco, and most importantly, the food was gorgeous. We both took the formule de midi and was very glad to have gone for the full three courses - great value and surprisingly filling.
The menu is really interesting and has the bonus of having a veggie option as enticing as the fish/meat options. It changes every week (and has the advantage of being accessible online via Instagram) and honestly I couldn't fault the flavours or the presentation. Some standouts were the two mains we had (lieu noir // white asparagus) and the chocolate and piment d'espelette fondant with sarrasin cream for dessert.
There are a lot of trendy/generic bistronomique restaurants popping up in Bordeaux but this one is genuinely both style and substance. In a city full of new restaurants to try this is without one I'd visit again :)
