The experience was fairly positive although rooms were very hot and stuffy. However, we were very disappointed to be taken advantage of and essentially scammed out of money. Despite informing the hostel that we could not make the first day we booked, our entire reservation was cancelled with no refund. We were made to pay for 2 new rooms because they had double charged our original room. This felt very coercive and manipulative and was overall an unpleasant experience for three young girls with essentially nowhere else to go. Even though the hostel was well aware we would not make this first night, they had not included any information about the cancellation in their email, which only pointed to the fact that our first night was non-refundable. So, essentially they waited for us to show up knowing full well when we got here we would have no other option but to pay the money. Would not recommend this hostel: poor customer service, money-grabbing rules & very poor communication.

It is 3.40am and four of us are awake. There is no air-conditioning here and they have no fans they can give. I can keep the windows open but can't keep mosquitos out as there is no mesh. If there was a hotel next door I'd pack my bags. Aircon isn't mentioned in their listing just that it's an eco friendly hotel. It should be in giant capital letters that there is no aircon.

Très bonne expérience dans cet établissement.
Certes la chambre est petite mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour une nuit.
Espace collectif agréable, propre avec une décoration soignée.
Le plus : un acceuil chaleureux. Le personnel de la réception et de la restauration est à l'écoute, très serviable et attentif.

Chambre compacte mais fonctionnelle et propre. La literie est confortable, mais il faisait vraiment trop chaud malgré le ventilateur. Accueil pro. Très bien placé, à 2 pas du tram. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 nuits, mais un séjour plus long serait difficile sans clim.
