The restaurant warns on the website it is a "surprise menu", so we arrived expecting this, and chose the 5 course meal with the wine pairing.
Our courses were all beautifully prepared and presented, and included two courses of fish, one duck and local vegetables followed by two desserts. Several amuse bouche were also offered before the meal, which were delicious.
Wine pairings were mostly local with the exception of a Sauternes for dessert and a Chablis with the main fish course.
Overall this was a great dining experience, though a little costly compared to our other meals here.
