核桃沙拉,苏格兰风味餐厅的秘制酱汁肉眼牛排。

restaurant à la hauteur de sa réputation. les serveurs sont sympas et c’était très bon, j’ai tout mangé et je n’ai pas fait la queue en y allant à 12h30.

I visited there for lunch and there was a line as always. But the line comes to you in a very short time because the place has 4 floors and many tables.
As a salad, you get a plate of lettuce with olive oil and walnuts. the bread is delicious.
The portion of meat is enough, the taste is good. You should ask for the meat to be cooked very well, the oil and sauce are great. It is served in three pieces. The first piece is served hot on a plate with french fries. Two pieces are served in oil with sauce on a metal plate with candles underneath to keep warm. It's a nice idea. If you wish, they add potatoes for free. I preferred bread instead of potato, it creates a nice flavor integrity with the oily sauce.
Contrary to what we know in Türkiye, there is no cream in the profiterole, there is vanilla ice cream, the profiterole dough is very thin, they used dark chocolate and it is served with finely cut almond pieces. The chocolate is great but I can't say the same for the profiterole dough.
Coffee is served with chocolate and sugar. The cup was half full. I ordered the coffee with the dessert but it would be better to have it later because ice cream and coffee don't go well together.
Water served free of charge.
The price is 23€ for the ribeye, 8.5€ for the profiterole and 1.80€ for the coffee.
