About my veggie ramen what can I say! Simply put it’s the best one I have ever had, and trust me I tried a lot all over Europe. Usually I go for miso broth but this one was such an insane burst of flavour. Onion based, the right amount of chilli, a tone of noodles and special mushrooms, caramelised onions and bell pepper. I will stop here but please go and try it yourself. For the price its totally worth it! The lady was so sweet, despite the language barrier, and the chef quietly prepared everything to absolute bliss. Arigato ❤️
