A lovely little spot we found by accident.
The restaurant reopened only a month ago under new ownership, so it’s very different from what you find online.
The owner is very friendly and spoke some English. We had a few laughs trying to figure out what we were saying to each other :) She was really helpful and made sure everything was just as we wanted.
We had Chou shou mian (dumpling in broth) which is very like ramen and Chou shou (dumpling without broth). This just the dumplings with some peanut chilli oil and some shredded veg.
The food came quickly and was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was very well presented. Don’t be put off by the empty restaurant, we are glad we weren’t.
