Le restaurant n’était pas chauffé à son ouverture il devait faire à peine 10 degré dans la salle, manger au restaurent en manteau jusqu’à la moitié du repas, ça crispe !
Un petit sourire en plus et un bon coup de récurage dans le restaurant serait également bienvenues!
Le repas reste relativement bon de manière générale mais je viens connoter cette ferveur de 5 étoiles qui a mon sens n’est franchement pas justifiée aujourd’hui!
La cuisine est délicieuse, ils nous apportent les ingrédients que nous avons choisis et nous n'avons plus qu'à les faire cuire dans la fondue selon nos goûts ????????
Je recommande à 10 milles %.

The food quality was subpar, far from exceptional. However, what truly stood out was the appalling attitude of the staff.
For the price of 26-28 euros per person, one would expect a decent dining experience. However, this was not the case. Despite the buffet-style setup where you're supposed to order as you please, the reality was far from it.
Upon being presented with a menu to choose from, the portions served were disappointingly small. It seemed that the staff made a deliberate effort to delay orders, often retreating to the kitchen and taking an unreasonable amount of time to bring out the food. Furthermore, if you dared to place another order, you were met with condescending remarks reminiscent of a boss scolding an employee.
While I understand the importance of minimizing food wastage, the lack of respect shown towards the patrons was appalling. Dining at [Restaurant Name] felt more like begging for scraps rather than enjoying a meal. With the same amount of money, there are countless other establishments where one can dine with dignity and respect.
It's disheartening to see such poor treatment being accepted by some patrons, especially when it comes to a culinary experience as culturally rich as hotpot. Personally, I will not be returning to this place and certainly cannot recommend it to anyone else.
La gérante est au petit soin, disponible et à l'écoute de ses clients. Je recommande néanmoins cette adresse.
