We were recommend to the B & B by our bicycle touring company as one of several on their list in the area. We could not have been happier! ||Jean and Anne work extremely hard to make your stay a five star experience. ||The rooms are beautiful. A very historic and romantic setting. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is very nice too.||The B & B is in a great location. We were on a bike tour in Dordogne and we used the well laid out bike paths to La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Castelnaud. We also took our first hot air balloon ride just a quick 5 minute ride from the B & B. ||Our stay included a very nice breakfast and Anne has a delicious fresh baked cake or pastry each morning that she prepares. ||We highly recommend La Tour De Cause!

You will find no better B+B in the Dordogne than this magnificent, charming Chateau managed by Jean and Anne (and on this occasion, helped by their two lovely daughters visiting from college). ||The rooms/beds are very comfy and the shower was a dream. There are plenty of areas around the property to relax, (all of them very quiet and peaceful) and the pool is very well kept with comfortable chairs and pillows.||Best of all, they provide an exceptional breakfast with homemade yogurt, pastries and other delicacies with an additional option of eggs/bacon. ||I cannot say enough about their terrific, warm hospitality and willingness to help make our stay enjoyable including help with booking local restaurants.||I wish I could give it more than 5 stars and cann't wait to book another visit.

Un lieu merveilleux, hors du temps. Une chambre magnifique, joliment et justement décorée où l’on se sent mieux qu’à la maison. L’accueil de Jean et Anne est équilibré entre chaleur et discrétion. |La piscine, idéalement située est un régal. |Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner délicieux et gargantuesque. |Bref, on y retourne très vite !

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits (mi-juillet) dans cette très agréable chambre d'hôtes. Il s'agit d'une ancienne maison rénovée et décorée avec goût, qui dispose de tout le confort. Notre chambre était spacieuse et "cosy" avec une literie très confortable. Il y avait également un joli espace extérieur avec une très belle piscine dont nous avons pu profiter après nos différentes visites.
Le sympathique couple qui tient cette chambre d'hôtes nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fourni de judicieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour.
La tour de Cause est idéalement située pour visiter la vallée de la Dordogne. A moins d'une demi-heure de voiture, on peut visiter notamment le château de Castelnau, le château de Beynac, le château de Milandes, le gouffre de Proumeyssac, la bastide de Domme et bien entendu la fameuse ville médiévale de Sarlat.
