Les jardins tranquilles portent bien leur nom , picnic et après midi repos et détente . Accueil plein de gentillesse et d’attention de notre hôte anglaise . De beaux arbres centenaires , qq fleurs et la quiétude . 7 € par personne ( pas donné ) mais cette tranquillité , la nature environnante , et la courtoisie de la propriétaire ont un prix ! J’estime que notre argent est mieux placé ici que sur un paquet de cigarettes …… Merci pour ce moment .

We visited here a couple of days ago and it is very tranquil with lots of different areas to walk around. Listen out for the ???? in the pond nearest the reception area they are incredibly noisy. You can purchase drinks here too and the owners are very hospitable.

Well worth a visit. Beautiful gardens that are peaceful and restful. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. We spent around 2 hours walking around and enjoying our picnic overlooking the river. Very close to Brantome and highly recommended

Lovely couple going out of their way to make you feel welcome. This was also true for our dog. Nicely maintained garden offering a lot of different views. Best to take a drink and a snack to have a little picknick and to fully enjoy your surroundings.
