Bon accueil et du calme dans un établissement bien placé. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès 13h pour nous changer avant de rejoindre un mariage. La chambre était bien aménagée et la salle de douche impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Very welcoming arrival. Hotel was bright and very clean. We were travelling as a couple with our grandchild. We had a very spacious room (lift available) on first floor (think only 2 floors). Bright and airy with toiletries. We booked breakfast (optional). Typically continental breakfast with good selection. Staff spoke very good English that compensated our poor French. Ordered our airport transfer and stored our luggage to accommodate late flight. I hadn’t expected such good weather so hadn’t considered the surprise of a gorgeous pool with sun beds and seating area as well as a lovdd we my seating area which I’m sure would be welcome in summer. All in all a great hotel, close to everything in Bergerac. It also note they have private parking if you were coming by car.

I was greeted by a extremely enthusiastic and kind woman who was helping me practice my French and she was extremely patient. -as I don’t speak French that well- She repeated things so I could understand and was overall a very kind, detailed and considerate person. We arrived in our room and it was perfect, there was air conditioning, extremely comfortable and large bed and even a fridge -which we were not expecting- Next morning we went to breakfast and they answered all our questions about the food. They arranged our taxi for our way back and the whole staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all a great stay, I will be coming back.
