This is an excellent hotel with a very beautiful pool and garden at the rear. It was a pleasure to sit out and read our books and you can order drinks here. It is a 2min walk to the old city with plenty of good restaurants. It is very good value. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. There is a small store at the rear of the church nearby if you need to stock up on wine and water. ||Just one thing was odd, we arrived at 12.30pm but were not allowed to check in until 3pm, even tho the hotel was very quiet. They made us wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm. This policy seems quite strict.

Good location to the town. A/C in room didn't work.
Excellent breakfast but expensive.Coffee machine with capsules! ????.
Not soundproof rooms (at all).
Secure parking but not covered? Another charge. Large garage type building not allowed to park in.?
Hotels really need to understand tourists needs especially on motorcycles.
Overall average hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Bergerac. Au calme.
Chambre spacieuse bien insonorisée et propre. On n'entend pas les tuyauteries (chasse d'eau ...). On n'entend pas les clients circuler dans les couloirs et pourtant l'hôtel était complet lors de notre séjour. Literie ferme mais pas de trop. Personnel souriant et très accueillant.
Salle de petit déjeuner chaleureuse. Buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni.

We arrived on a very hot Saturday, the reception staff we really helpful with advice about where to park our car to stay in the free local shaded parking. They were happy for us to sit in the garden area before our room was ready after we went for a lovely lunch in the beautiful old city centre. The receptionist offered to take care of our laptop etc in the office, while we went into town.
We went for an early evening swim and had a beer in the pretty garden before going out for the evening for the fête de musique. Lovely city. Great hotel. Polite and helpful staff.
Our room was cool and comfortable, pet friendly and the AC worked perfectly.
