Un hôtel très agréable où j'ai eu mes habitudes pendant deux ans et c'est avec grand plaisir que j'y revenais à chaque fois. La literie est très bonne et les gérants très sympathiques.

Good central location , has the benefit of a pool which was an added bonus .Staff very friendly and accommodating especially when our flight was delayed by 1 hr - benefit of air conditioning when temp exceeded 38

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit coup de jeune. Surtout la salle d'eau, manque de modernité.
Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas à la juste mesure.
Par contre l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont parfait.

Nice hotel in the centre of Bergerac, with good parking conditions. Clean rooms and a great breakfast.

I would highly recommend this hotel it’s location is great. 2minutes from the edge of the old town and 5 or 6 from the river.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are a good size but do lack a little storage if you were there more than a few nights but the in room facilities were good. We had a balcony which was really nice.
We had the breakfast which was good value for a hotel where they are often overpriced. It was continental but lots of choice and all very fresh and plenty of it.
We also had drinks in the bar this is small but again for a hotel exceptionally good value.
We didn’t use the garden or pool as it was March and quite chilly still but it looked lovely and in the summer must be a real asset to enjoy during your stay.

Oreiller un peu trop dense, voir s'il est possible qu'au moins l'un des deux oreillers soit plus souple.

Balcon avec petite table et 2 chaises donnant sur la place. Literie rien à redire. climatisation que l’on règle à son goût, très appréciable ! Toilettes séparées, un plus. Seul bémol, rien de chaud au petit déjeuner à 10€. les œufs brouillés au bacon et le pain grillé m’ont manqué !

A very comfortable stay. Good location and the hotel was well run with professional staff who were slightly distant but friendly. Good breakfast. I had expected pool to be open - advertised as being so until end of October - but it had been closed.

Advice: don’t go there. Looks nice from the outside but there‘s a way better Hotel at the end of the road.
You stayed 3 nights with us and it seems that our hôtel didn't met your expectations and we are sorry about it. Nevertheless it is necessary to reframe yourself somewhat. First of all, you woke up the neighbors at 1:30 a.m. the first night with your long screams... In addition, previously that same evening, you dismantled the fridge door of the breakfast room to help yourself to eat !!! ... And you made the ignorant and seemed surprised when we pointed it out to you the next morning, after watching the CCTV camera ... You haven't been asked to pay anything regarding the repair and the stolen things but I think we should have...The outside swimming pool is closed in winter and you knew it. Regarding the heater, everything works well and regarding the breakfast, of course it is possible to take it in the room, but you did'nt ask us any information about it. So please next time avoid telling stories and keep your advices for you.
