From arrival until departure nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hosts. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the pool was a welcome break from the hot sun. |The breakfast was great - the usual continental fare with a different cake every morning - all served with a smile

Great hotel - they do everything to make your stay special. Great breakfast, location, rooms and pool. The croissants and fruit for breakfast is super. Le top du top!

J’ai fait un séjour au clos D ‘Argenson . Nous avons pris la suite PECHARMANT qui est au rez-de-chaussée côté jardin, je n’ai pas bien dormi , car nous sommes au-dessus de la salle à manger.. cuisine et la ☹️ ça commence vers sept heures pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Moi qui aime dormir impossible ???? . La piscine n’est pas chauffée . le gérant n’est pas très agréable .

We stayed here for 3 nights in June, 2024. Beautifully restored house with stunning gardens and gracious staff and owners. Our room was in the garden across from the pool. The bed was comfortable with excellent linens. The toilet and shower are slightly cramped but the shower was great and they provided lovely soaps. Generous breakfasts - everything was homemade and delicious. The location in Bergerac is excellent and we could easily walk to restaurants. The only downside was the Wi-Fi which was dodgy at best and often MIA, so I deducted a point from the room rating. Overall an excellent choice of accommodation in Bergerac and we recommend it.

A beautiful house, with lush gardens in the centre of Bergerac. Our suite is very comfortable and incredibly pretty. Jean-Luc and François are lovely hosts - everything has been carefully considered with delightful results: we will certainly return to this haven in South West France.
