Très bonne communication par téléphone et courriel. Nous avons choisi un pack détente (chambre et massage au spa) de l'hôtel. Très bonne expérience avec un très bon accueil et des massages parfaits. Parking dans cour intérieure, attention assez petit donc vite plein. Chambre correcte et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux.

The rooms are well-kept.
The breakfast consists of a range of (not limited to) freshly made, delicious condiments (pate a tartiner & caramel beurre salé), pancakes, waffles and charcuterie. By far the best value breakfast I've had!

Je suis très déçu de cette établissement. Menage dans la chambre notamment trace sur la porte et moquette dans le couloir ,laisse à désirer .L'accueil ,nous avons eu un quiproquo, et si la personne avait été plus clair,nous n'aurions pas eu cela.Leur point goût le petit déjeuner très copieu et une excellente crème caramel qui pourrait figurer dans le dessert du restaurant.Une très belle carte des vins mais pour nous le repas pas à la hauteur du lieu.

We had the good fortune to find this hotel and are sure glad we did. At this very nice little inn centrally located in Chablis, we received friendly and helpful service, a very comfortable room in an historic building, and were able to easily walk around the old town of Chablis. The hotel also has a fantastic in-house restaurant which served great food at reasonable prices.
La table y est raffinée et le petit déjeuner très soigné .
L'ambiance de cette demeure chargée de pierres est très réconfortante !
