Great hotel. Very friendly staff, from João, a great barman, to Sophia and her breakfast team. They all looked after us. Especially when Gary got food poisoning from a restaurant in Portimoa. All the staff were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to look after him and made me feel comfortable when I had to eat alone ???? but they also helped with room service ???? local beaches are walkable if you don't mind walking but it was also only approx, €8 to them and around €10 to Portimoa. We used Uber.

Just back from break here. Excellent. Didn't use restaurant. Ate in bar every night, great food with Joao. Very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Must mention Jose at breakfast, great service. Al staff very friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last week and have had a fantastic time. The staff can't do enough for you, Joao Faustino and louis were both really helpful, friendly and looked after us so well in The Olive Bar with both food and drinks and always welcomed us with a friendly smile and a chat. I would highly recommend staying here and the staff really did make it!! Looking forward to coming back again soon. ????

Very clean , staff very friendly and helpful especially joao Faostino and Lois in the Olive bar. Would highly recommend.
