Globalement satisfait
1.Wait times for service is ridiculous
2. Service is terrible and slow
3. Unfortunately as much as I hate to use the race card I feel service has been race driven.
I have been here 3 time and I have had the same experience. We have been treated and serviced badly.
Today we where not served desert or asked if we wanted any, I had to walk to the reception to pay our bill as waiters where around but will avoid eye contact, leaving us feeling like they didn't want to serve our table.
I had to express my dissatisfaction with the service today, and well the receptionist wasn't the slightest interested in what I had to say, more interested in me paying for our meal.
Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed as the sister restaurant next door has been marvellous.
