Je reste partagée. Les plats sont bons, bien presentés mais tous les services sont arrivés tièdes. J'apprécie de prendre le temps de savourer ce genre de moments mais ici, le service étai trop lent. Une heure entre notre arrivée et l'entrée. Et nous n'avions que nos verres de vin pour patienter puisque nous avions déjà pris l'apéritif au château. Et vers la fin de mon menu en cinq service la cadence s'est accélérée à tel point que je suis repartie avec un mal de ventre. Domage, l'instant aurait pu être parfait autrement.

It was definitely a 50/50 experience. I had a great (but pricey) 3-course menu with trout, duck, and noisette desert, a decent Marsannay red. My partner on the other, had a really strange starter “œuf fermier” which was basically sour brown sauce with poached egg and tough bits of old lardons. It was not good, but when the waitress picked up the clearly unfinished plate, no one asked if it was bad or bothered to collect any feedback for the kitchen (bad training). Main was also off, the gnocchi was more like potato fondants, nothing like gnocchi. A very poor dish for a main.
Staff was nice though, but seemed new and untrained. We had our coats in the cloakroom, but only because we asked where to hang them. No one asked the other guests so everyone sat with their wet coats by the table (hmm, inconsistent). Overall, a little expensive and doesn’t live up to what it tries to be.

Not a lot of option but the beef and gnocchi were amazing.

Par contre très peu de choix si vous êtes en demi pension au château
