HOTEL BEST WESTERN DIJON QUETIGNY

L'hôtel est très bien. Vérifiez les équipements de la chambre à votre arrivée. Si jamais il en manque un (tel le sèche cheveux,) signalez-le si vous ne voulez pas être appelé pour vous demander de rapporter ce que vous auriez emporté. Parce que vous serez accusé de vol et on voudra vous facturer. Également, même s'il n'y a pas d'étiquette sur le gobelet, ne l'emportez surtout pas pour le réutiliser, ou alors ne le signalez pas à la réception, parce que on vous demandera de le payer (ok, pas de soucis) et finalement de le rendre et ensuite on vous rappellera que vous vouliez partir avec lorsqu'on vous accusera du vol d'un sèche cheveux. Incroyable, Regrettable ! Pas d'étiquette (dans la chambre de mon collègue pas d'étiquette non plus) pas d'équipement mais on ne se demande pas si la chambre a été correctement préparée. J'aurais dû signaler que la douche n'était pas parfaitement propre... Je ne l'ai pas fait. Bref, Best Western, terminé pour moi.

Just passing through on our way to the Alps but this place was perfect! A free football table in reception for a start, so two bored kids could already let off some steam with a little activity whilst we checked in. Helpful friendly staff who were quite welcoming.||The family room was had was quite spacious and the layout meant there was a little privacy between the main bed and the double sofa bed. Clean, tidy room and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom too with twin sinks, reasonable sized bath and enough space to move. My husband and son report a comfortable night on the bed and they liked the memory foam pillows. My other son and I had the large sofa bed which was also very comfortable, although it was quite creaky. It was a bit noisy as we could hear the plumbing from adjoining rooms quite loudly but we were very tired so it wasn’t too bothersome.||A pretty decent breakfast in the morning (kids’ were inclusive) and well stocked even though it was busy. The secure parking was €10 but free if you join the rewards scheme (also free). It meant we didn’t worry about our ski stuff overnight as it looked very safe. ||The hotel is in a leisure complex with a bowling alley, cinema and a few restaurants. It was busy as it was a Friday night but we had a perfectly good meal at the pizza place. You get 10 or 15% off at the restaurants if you show your hotel card. More child energy expended at the amusement part of the bowling alley whilst hubby queued for the table so everyone was happy. All in all couldn’t have been better really, a perfect spot and we will definitely stop there again next time we’re in Dijon.
