Looks nice enough, difficult to comment on anything else as they wouldn’t let us do the tasting without a tour (despite the website saying it’s possible and giving you prices). Save your money on the overpriced tour and spend it in one of the very cute tasting spots in the town centre.

Tour/Visit not as advertised on website. Group is supposed to be limited to 12 individuals, however, we had 16 people in our group. Started 15 minutes late and after 1.5 hrs from when the tour should have started we only got less than half way through our tasting. We had to leave due to another set of reservations (bike rental closed at 6 PM, tour was supposed to start at 3 PM) which we added a buffer of time but because of group size, tardiness and length not as promised/ advertised we were not able to complete the entire tasting. Questions from the group were not handled well which I believe unnecessarily lengthened the time of tour/visit. Lots of repetitiveness in the information provided and spoke alot about general winemaking in the region and nothing very specific to the chateau. A lot of this information can be found in other surrounding venues- maison des climats and cite des climats et vins de bourgogne. If you are looking for a great wine tasting experience in the area, highly recommend the chateau de pommard we had a very enjoyable time there.
