We loved our tasting here. Meryl was wonderful and a joy to listen to. One of our favourite tastings in Burgundy both from an experience and quality of wine perspective. Wish we'd known about the cheese tasting option beforehand. But this is a fabulous winery and also dog friendly

Her warmth, knowledge, and genuine passion for both wine and cheese made the entire experience truly unforgettable.

We had the pleasure of visiting Domain Maison Shaps during our Wine Trip 2025 to Burgundy & Chablis, with our Association, and it was a truly memorable experience. Hanna was exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable, providing us with engaging insights into the winemaking process and the history of the Domain. The tasting session was lovely, we were all very suprised by the rose (our first and only rose on this trip) that showcased their craftsmanship and dedication to quality.

I took my English choir of about 22 here for a lunchtime wine and cheese pairing, and we all really enjoyed it. The wines and the cheeses were really good, and Hanna's knowledge and enthusiasm are infectious and made for a great day !

Great experience. Hanna is an amazing host that is very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. The wine was delicious and it was our best experience over three days in burgundy. Certainly a must visit if you're in the region.

Maison Shaps was a highlight of our trip. Hannah was phenomenal. She expertly paired the wines and provided insightful explanations, making the experience enjoyable for both wine novices and connoisseurs in our group. We even learned about their sister winery in Charlottesville, VA, and we're now making plans to visit there.

Hanna is a wonderful, professional and entertaining host. Every part of our wine & cheese tasting with her was delightful and delicious - the pairings were brilliant, and her expertise and approach made the experience insightful.

The Cheese and Wine tasting was a very nice experience with great wine and wonderful cheese. Morgan very charmingly facilitated the tasting and the pairing of Hana was just perfect. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Maison Shaps with Hanna. Her knowledge and expertise was fascinating to listen to and her passion for both wine and cheese was great. Hanna was also very kindly flexible when we were running late. Hopefully we will be back!
