A very cool place! We looked at some other chateau's in the area, but this one genuinely feels like a castle. It was so charming and so elegant, but also had the age and character of a place that's been around a long long time. There were some parts of it that felt like they were falling apart and I'm sure it's a nightmare to maintain something this large and old, but the rooms were in good shape and they had a few different types of rooms for different experiences. We stayed in the Charles the fourth room and enjoyed it. We arrived late so thankfully we stopped for some pizza from a local food truck before our arrival, but when we got there Alexi welcomed us and gave us some rosé from his family's vineyard and showed us to our room. We had two windows/mini-balconies that we could open and look out over the moat. There were two churches nearby that we could hear the bells ringing in the morning. Our host showed us the chapel before we left which was really cool and then showed us in the stables where a soldier from world war II drew some cartoons on the wall which was another cool piece of history. In the back they have a hot tubal though I don't know if it was operational while we were there and they also have a gigantic 240-year-old tree which was really cool to walk around.

Das Chateau Longecourt-en-Plaine ist das schönste AirBnB, was wir jemals hatten! Absolut fantastisches Ambiente. Der Schlossbesitzer ist sehr nett und liebenswert, die Mitarbeiter geben gerne eine individuelle und authentische Führung durch die historischen Gemäuer. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Absolute Empfehlung! ♥️♥️♥️

Entière liberté pour déambuler dans le château. Des hôtes absolument charmants, une soirée inoubliable !!!!!! Et petit déjeuner extra.

It was an amazing experience! The castle is gorgeous with a lot of details and at the same time so cozy.
You can enjoy all rooms in the castle.
Beauty from the past and modern comfort.
Owner gave us bicycles and we have discovered picturesque places.
We were with a dog, and everything were good.
I also recommend to use a jacuzzi.
