Tout était parfait ! Le lieu, les équipes, les produits. Les deux formules de restauration, le couloir de nage au milieu d'un magnifique jardin... Tout a été mis en oeuvre pour nous faire vivre une expérience inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

We had an exceptional stay at Hôtel Levernois — a true gem nestled in the beautiful countryside near Beaune. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive.

We had the pleasure of dining at both the Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau and the Michelin-starred restaurant on-site, and both experiences were truly memorable. The cuisine was exquisite, showcasing the best of local flavors with elegance and creativity. The wine selection, as expected in Burgundy, was superb — carefully curated and perfectly paired with each dish.

The spa was another highlight. After days of exploring vineyards and historic sites, it offered the perfect place to unwind and relax in a serene and elegant setting.

Whether you’re a wine lover, a foodie, or just in search of a tranquil escape, Hôtel Levernois is a place that combines luxury, charm, and authenticity in the best possible way. We can’t wait to return.

It is lovely - the garden, the attentive staff and the new pavilion. However, despite these features, the place somehow lacks soul - it's hard to describe, but it's not a place that you will recall in your mind as a memorable one. We stayed in the new building and while it was clean and functional, the corridor was dark, the carpet was dark and the lack of lighting did nothing to help. The gym at the time of stay was incomplete and there was in general, a lack of personal touch. It is caught between a hotel and a boutique place and ending up doing nothing well.
