Upon arriving at the Hostellerie de Levernois after an exhausting journey from the United States with our two children, we opted for the bistro instead of the gourmet restaurant, hoping to find simpler fare for the kids. Unfortunately, the menu didn't offer anything suitable for them, despite our hopes. The dishes we ordered, however, were quite good.
Exhausted and battling jet lag, we informed the reception that we wouldn't require breakfast and would prefer to sleep to recover from our trip. We requested a 30-minute extension for our checkout, but this was regrettably denied.
The following morning, despite our clear instructions not to disturb us and a "do not disturb" sign prominently displayed on our door, we were awakened to inquire if we wished to order breakfast. This interruption was particularly frustrating, as all we desired was uninterrupted rest.
On a positive note, the hotel appears to be an excellent choice for those seeking a Burgundy wine experience.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. From booking to check out, the staff was extremely attentive and kind and went above and beyond for us. We arrived early morning and they had our room available for us. The food - breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all out of this world. Room was so charming and very comfortable. We cannot wait to return!
