This is my 3rd time renting a house through IsleBlue. Our concierge Cheyenne was the absolute best! So attentive, so helpful with reservations and renting a boat! She was always checking in and made vacation so easy!! I also have to give a shout out to our housekeeper Lydia. She was such a bonus! In fact, I wish I could guarantee to have them when we come back next year! Lidia was such a pleasure to talk to when we were in and out every day! Both made our experience absolutely fantastic & both made us feel like family by the time we left!

As for the house - location is perfect! Super easy to grab dinner at Grand Case! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen! And the pool was great after beach days. Top notch vacation! See you all next year!

WOW! Service extraordinaire! Our group of 7 LOVED our stay at Villa Les Palmiers Bleus in Terres Basses.

Directly across from the beach path on over an acre of heavenly landscape comprised of fruit trees, flowers and palms. AC throughout, rooms tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and a pleasantly warm infinity pool. The gym equipment was also a plus for our active guests!

Our resident experience person Ashlyn started off our journey with the best service, ensuring every little request was received and executed. Our housekeeper ShaSha was phenomenal, as was our concierge Cheyenne and driver Obebio.

Already looking at returning next year.

WARNING - DO NOT USE Rick's VIP!!! We booked and stayed at a Villa in Sint Maarten. There are no beaches at the unit even though the pictures show one. We found out the beach was washed away in 2017. More important, PV's partner (Sotheby's of Sint Maarten) manages the Villa. They booked us with Rick's VIP as a driver. Rick gave us a 7 minute drive in a minivan to dinner and back, and wanted $200! When we suggested this would be $50 taxi ride, Rick harassed us the rest of the trip, to the point we had to block him on WhatsApp. We asked Rick to send us a link to pay for the ride, and leave us alone. But, Sotheby's scheduled Rick to take us to the airport. On the way, Rick's driver pulled off of the main road and intended to leave us there unless we pay cash. Luckily another taxi company was passing by and we got a ride to the airport. When we arrived, Rick followed us into the airport, assaulted us (he was arrested), tried to steal our luggage and damaged one suitcase to where it is no longer useable. The airport police arrested Rick for assaulting us and for destroying our luggage. When we followed up with PV and Sotheby's we were informed that "due to a lack of options" on the island, Rick was spoken to, but will continue to be one of Sotheby's providers. WOW is all we can say. No one offered to reimburse us for our luggage. And, now we find out that even after Rick stalked us, harassed us, assaulted us, and destroyed our property, Sotheby's will still put people in a car with Rick!

We had an amazing time a Joie De Vivre! It’s hard to say anything is perfect - but this is as close as it gets. The house is amazing and all bedrooms are separated from each other so it feels very private when you are in your room. The kitchen is well appointed and has every convenience. The outdoor living spaces are spacious and all have beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon. The pool and pool deck are spectacular. The walk down to the beach is calming and the beach is virtually empty. There are beach chairs and a small umbrella in the chest by the gate to the beach. And the staff support is the best. Agatha our housekeeper was fantastic and very friendly - couldn’t ask for more. And Cheyenne - our concierge made the trip so pleasurable and easy by answering any question we had. I must have texted her 20 times for this and that - and she responded quickly no matter what time - and made any arrangements we needed. In a nutshell - the service was flawless. Only two concerns: (1) the driveway is very narrow so you must use extreme caution, and (2) as soon as the sun goes down the mosquitos come out - so make sure you bring a good bug spray.

During our stay in St. Martin, we were fortunate enough to vacation in the beautiful Blue Beach Villa. Everything was wonderful...the view, the breezes and the villa. Of special note are two exceptional people there that made our stay extra special, Giovanni from St. Maarten Sothebys and Wilma, the house manger. Both were extremely helpful, went above and beyond in welcoming our family, and their smiles lit up the room as soon as they entered! Thank you Giovanni and Wilma...true gems of the island!

We just had the most amazing stay in St Martin. The property we rented was Villa Libellule. It was arranged thru Sotheby’s Saint Martin. The property was just perfect for us! Axel was our concierge and he made our stay beyond our expectations. We will always request that he be “our person” for future stays. Axel and Sotheby’s will not disappoint and you will be assured that your stay in Saint Martin is absolutely wonderful!

Axel was our concierge while we were staying in a St Martin villa. From the beginning of our arrival to our departure day he was very helpful in recommending places to dine and was able to secure premium beachfront seating because he knew the owner of the restaurant. He was very helpful and recommending places to visit, a delight to work with. The day we arrived he stocked the refrigerator with items that he thought we would enjoy. We really appreciated his help!

Highly recommend the Villa La Salamandre. For best experience, I would book directly through Southerby as they have great customer service and go above and beyond fixing any issues you may encounter. Our concierge, Axel, and head of house. Catherine were outstanding, and also go above and beyond to ensure the best possible vacation experience. We will be returning for sure!

My wife and I spend an amazing week at Villa Ocean Blue in Orient Beach in October 2023. Axel, our concierge, helped make the experience so great as our much beloved host! His warm personality, knowledge of the island, and dining recommendations all made our stay even better than we could have imagined …..especially since the island was just emerging from offseason and many of our usual spots were closed. This property was absolutely fantastic that we rented from Sotheby’s. Our hosts, Anthony and Pamela were extremely gracious. They tended to every need, and we felt at home on the property. My family and I had a lovely experience at Villa Bella Vita in St. Maarten. It was hard to find space for our party of 13 with three small children, but this place was fantastic. All staff were friendly and helpful, Giovanni, our concierge gave us great recommendations, and we even got a great babysitter, Kendra for the afternoons so the parents were able to enjoy the vacation. The villa itself was gorgeous, with all rooms showing an ocean/sunset view. Floating in the infinity pool looking out over the ocean while watching fireworks for the new year was an unbeatable experience. The foodies of the group treated us to delicious food made in the very well equipped kitchen. We were all delighted by the resident iguanas that sunned themselves in the trees off the balcony. We had fun watching movies together in the very comfy theater room. The house itself was probably too "smart" for it's own good and we had trouble with the gates and doors having a mind of their own, but Inna, the on site property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Overall, an unforgettable trip.

My family and I have been visiting St Maarten for nearly two decades. This year we chose to stay at Espirit de la Mer, one of the Sothebys properties, and had one of our best visits yet. The villa itself was stunning, well kept, and outfitted with just about everything we could need or want. Axel, our concierge, made our experience outside the villa simply the best. He treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure we ate at the best restaurants, lounged at the best beaches, and generally felt like his special guests. Could not recommend this villa and Axel enough!

Villa Happy Bay was absolutely incredible. It is impossible to beat the view and everything about the home was luxurious. Axel was extremely helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible with tons of recommendations as well as booking restaurants for us and massages too. Everything about this place was wonderful: the location, the bedroom size (all masters), the house was well stocked with everything you needed and the beds/linens were sooo comfortable! It was such a benefit having a lift for my stepdad that has limited mobility. The upstairs pool pad was lovely and relaxing!
Axel was great, greeted us when we arrived and went over everything in the house. Likewise he was always available for questions. Rayma - the housekeeper kept everything perfect!

Our family had the best holiday and would definitely recommend!! Thank you
