Dealing with Cheyenne was an amazing experience. She was quick to respond and provided all the details that made this trip a true experience! When I travel I like to live like the locals! She ensured I did! I highly recommend this company, request Cheyenne and tip her well! She deserves it!

This is my 3rd time renting a house through IsleBlue. Our concierge Cheyenne was the absolute best! So attentive, so helpful with reservations and renting a boat! She was always checking in and made vacation so easy!! I also have to give a shout out to our housekeeper Lydia. She was such a bonus! In fact, I wish I could guarantee to have them when we come back next year! Lidia was such a pleasure to talk to when we were in and out every day! Both made our experience absolutely fantastic & both made us feel like family by the time we left!

As for the house - location is perfect! Super easy to grab dinner at Grand Case! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen! And the pool was great after beach days. Top notch vacation! See you all next year!

WOW! Service extraordinaire! Our group of 7 LOVED our stay at Villa Les Palmiers Bleus in Terres Basses.

Directly across from the beach path on over an acre of heavenly landscape comprised of fruit trees, flowers and palms. AC throughout, rooms tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and a pleasantly warm infinity pool. The gym equipment was also a plus for our active guests!

Our resident experience person Ashlyn started off our journey with the best service, ensuring every little request was received and executed. Our housekeeper ShaSha was phenomenal, as was our concierge Cheyenne and driver Obebio.

Already looking at returning next year.

WARNING - DO NOT USE Rick's VIP!!! We booked and stayed at a Villa in Sint Maarten. There are no beaches at the unit even though the pictures show one. We found out the beach was washed away in 2017. More important, PV's partner (Sotheby's of Sint Maarten) manages the Villa. They booked us with Rick's VIP as a driver. Rick gave us a 7 minute drive in a minivan to dinner and back, and wanted $200! When we suggested this would be $50 taxi ride, Rick harassed us the rest of the trip, to the point we had to block him on WhatsApp. We asked Rick to send us a link to pay for the ride, and leave us alone. But, Sotheby's scheduled Rick to take us to the airport. On the way, Rick's driver pulled off of the main road and intended to leave us there unless we pay cash. Luckily another taxi company was passing by and we got a ride to the airport. When we arrived, Rick followed us into the airport, assaulted us (he was arrested), tried to steal our luggage and damaged one suitcase to where it is no longer useable. The airport police arrested Rick for assaulting us and for destroying our luggage. When we followed up with PV and Sotheby's we were informed that "due to a lack of options" on the island, Rick was spoken to, but will continue to be one of Sotheby's providers. WOW is all we can say. No one offered to reimburse us for our luggage. And, now we find out that even after Rick stalked us, harassed us, assaulted us, and destroyed our property, Sotheby's will still put people in a car with Rick!
