Loved the room and bistro. It was a little bit noisy in the morning but overall a good place.

The check in with Stephanie was HORRIBLE!!!! She was very smug unaccomodating & had a nasty attitude & disposition! I had to stop talking & asking her questions to the point to where I got so fed up with her disrespect I had to go to Cassidy for help. Cassidy figured everything out for me! Cassidy was absolutely wonderful,joyful respectful & seemed to enjoy her job therefore I left a happy silver elite bonvoy member. Veronica was pleasant professional & nice as well. Get RID of Stephanie she HATES working there & it shows!

It was a pretty messy place with the construction but my only real complaint that is not acceptable is that they don’t provide complementary coffee downstairs in the morning. It’s one thing to not provide free breakfast ( that’s fine) but no free coffee!!! Waiting in line behind people ordering fancy drinks, just to pay for a simple black coffee ( and tip ) is unacceptable. Won’t go back just for this reason.

Sheets were dirty and comforter was gray and should have been white. No management on duty. My husband and I had been traveling all day and had to move rooms. The next room was no better. Horrible experience and a bad way to start our vacation.

Very good location along the boardwalk. Easy to walk to restaurants or the casinos.
